A new bail law goes into effect on January 1 in New York. It will eliminate pretrial detention and cash bail as an option in an estimated 90 percent of arrests. For the remaining cases, judges will maintain the option of setting cash bail.
While the reforms were only supposed to include non-violent crimes, law enforcement officials said that wasn’t the case in the final version of the legislation.
In typical Albany fashion, the bills were voted on in the middle of the night along with the rest of the state budget.

It’s all connected whether u want to believe it or not.
You reap what u sow
This long list is hair raising. Thanks to the criminal friendly liberal members of the Albany swamp, NYS is now going to be a criminal’s paradise. The only one’s who are more criminal than the criminals themselves are their enablers up in Albany.
This state is going down the sewer.
TACHLES – THE PEOPLE HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE CRIMINALS THEMSELVES. THE AUTHORITIES HAVE ABROGATED THEIR RESPOSIBILITY FOR LAW AND ORDER.
TIFFANEY HARRIS SHOULD BE CONSIDERED AN OUTLAW AND FAIR GAME. SHE SHOULD BE SLAPPED SILLY WHENEVER SHE STEPS OUTSIDE.
