US Lawyer Offers to Sue Israel & the USA Over Iranian Nuke Threats

court hammer2.jpgA University of Illinois law professor says he has offered to represent Iran if it decides to sue the United States over threatened nuclear program sanctions.

Iran’s Press TV reported that Francis Boyle, an international law expert, is urging Iranian leaders to sue Israel and the United States through the International Court of Justice in The Hague over their ultimatum that Iran freeze its nuclear enrichment program in a matter of weeks or face further sanctions.

If Iran decides to sue, he told the broadcaster, he would represent the country. He told Press TV such a lawsuit would discourage a military attack on Iran’s nuclear facilities and prevent the imposition of new sanctions by the U.N. Security Council.

“My proposal was that Iran should sue these states immediately, convene an emergency hearing by the World Court, and ask the court to indicate provisional measures of protection on behalf of Iran against the United States, Israel and the EU-3 — basically a temporary restraining order,” Boyle said.

  1. Why doesn’t this lawyer sue Iran over threatened destruction which resulted in discussion of nuclear sanctions?

  2. BS”D

I think this guy should visit Vienna for a brocho from the great Cheremer Rov there. And if he is not in the same mental condition as said Reb Freeky, he ought to be investigated for possible treason – or just be sent to Iran!

  3. Francis Boyle has a long history of anti Jewish (oh excuse me, I mean anti Israeli) involvement.
Back in 1985, he served as Legal Advisor to the Palestine Liberation Organization. Therefore, his latest attempt to be in the news and to show off for the terrorists how great a martyr he is, is really stale news. He’s just an old loudmouth trying to be a new loudmouth.
Oh golly, ain’t he such an important person?!
Oh, and he is also a law his terrorist pals for him to be “just” a lawyer.
