Security forces moved in on Tuesday afternoon, to prevent construction of another outpost. Hundreds of Jews were on hand to take part in the building, which eventually led to a confrontation with forces that were determined to prevent and construction.

The Kiryat Arba residents were armed with building materials, determined to once again rebuild the outpost that has been razed by security forces numerous times.

Reports from the Kiryat Arba area indicate at least 10 civilians were injured, apparently none seriously Baruch Hashem. A number of people were also taken into custody.
