Former Likud Minister Moshe Kahlon, who the polls predict will earn at least 10 seats, announced he plans to launch his party with new faces and new people, people whose character is above reproach.
Kahlon broke from Likud prior to the last elections, taking a hiatus from political life. His departure was on the heels of his major success in breaking up the monopoly enjoyed by Israel’s cellular telephone companies, adding significantly to his popularity.

and if unlike Livni or Lapid he isn’t running for Prime Minister, he’ll be able to join a Likud-led government without any problems.
For most purposes he’s a typical Likudnik but focused on domestic issues.
Pre-election promises are almost as valuable as POST- election promises: ZILCH.
