Shas leader MK Aryeh Deri announced he and party rabbonim and faction members will daven mincha at the kever of Maran HaGaon HaRav Ovadia Yosef ZT�L, a tefilla of thanks and recognition for the party�s victory in the elections.
Deri stated this was without a doubt the most difficult election that Shas has known and B�H the party emerged with seven seats.
(The number of seats may fluctuate. The Central Election Committee states the final numbers will be released Thursday morning, 28 Adar).

Instead of davening straight to Maran, I think he should daven to HKB”H that He should thank Maran for his help.
With one more victory like this Shas will be out in the desert like Yachad.
