Eastern Union is looking to hire and train originators for its mortgage department to start now or after Sukkos. The new hires will work in our current offices in Flatbush and Monsey and after Sukkos, Eastern plans to open offices in Williamsburg, Boro Park, Crown Heights and Far Rockaway.
This opportunity comes in the wake of several innovative programs that Eastern Union has recently rolled out. Eastern’s Equity Platform, as well as capping their fees at $135,000 have both just been launched to great acclaim.
They are also preparing to release an incredible, new-to-the-market product to assist the 50% of real estate owners who traditionally go directly to banks for their financing. This product will give Eastern Union the ability to do business with the $200 billion annually portion of the market that never use brokers but rather go directly to banks.
Beginning in August, Eastern Union’s president, Ira Zlotowitz, will be giving an in-depth training course in real estate finance twice a week in the evening to potential hires in the Howell Corporate Office with a live dial in to all its trainees.
This is an incredible opportunity to learn, train, and get paid in the $400 billion annually industry of Commercial Real Estate Finance.
New hires need to be self motivated, aggressive, excellent communicators, have people skills, and a strong desire to succeed.
“With these new initiatives, our goal is to IY’H double or triple business within the next two years. Since we launched these new initiatives the playing field is wide open, and we will capitalize on it,” says Ira Zlotowitz. “I will personally train these new hires with the same initial, formal training as I did the original top brokers when they joined the firm.”
New hires will receive salary and commission during training, with the full, best-in-the-business Eastern commission structure. They will be given newly purchased and researched leads from day one.
To learn more about this incredible opportunity, there will be Open Houses at the Brooklyn Office on Wednesday and Thursday. Please call or email Simcha Greenwald at (732) 301-3963 or [email protected] for more information.
