VIDEO: Arab Mayor of Nazareth Yells At Head of Joint Arab List to Stop Incitement

nThe following is via OnlySimchas.com:

Amid a wave of stabbing and other attacks, Ali Sallem, the (Arab) mayor of Nazareth, the largest Arab city in Israel pulled up to interrupt a tv interview being given by Ayman Odeh, head of the Joint Arab List faction in the Knesset. He yelled at him for promoting unrest, covering for violence against Jews, and damaging the economic wellbeing and state of peace in Nazareth and throughout the country.

It seems that so far he is the only Arab official in Israel or the PA that has been seen genuinely calling for peaceful coexistence now. He has made the call in other venues recently.

In this clip he is attempting to shut down the MK. Hopefully more will join from the Arab side to end incitement and to stop the lies that Israel is changing the status quo at the Temple mount.

Ali Sallem, shouts at Odeh to leave the city saying that he (and other Knesset members) have ruined the city of Nazareth as not one Jew walked into the city today.

Nazareth is a major tourist destination for Jews and Christians and the violence must be inflicting a serious economic hit to cities like this that rely on that tourism.

  1. The interviewer had nothing to say and was shocked and certainly looked it. But claimed the next day “that he was intentionally not answering…….. “
