Police of the Shai (Shomron-Yehuda) district reported finding a pipe bomb inside an Arab vehicle near el-Azariya at the Kiosk Checkpoint entrance to the village on Monday morning 20 Cheshvan.

Detectives were acting on a tip, stopping the vehicle as it exited the village. The explosive device was found under the driver�s seat. Five suspects who were in the vehicle, residents of the Hebron district, were taken into custody.

According to the police spokesman�s report, the explosive device was likely to be used in a terror attack in the Hebron district.
