The IDF has destroyed the Banei Naim home of the terrorist responsible for murdering Kiryat Arba resident, Hallel Yafeh Ariel HYD.
A large military force accompanied by police and agents of the Civil Administration arrived at Banei Naim, close to Kiryat Arba, to carry out the demolition of the home of Mohammad Tarayra.
Only a portion of the home was destroyed. In fact, the IDF planned to totally raze the home but the High Court of Justice intervened, permitting the destruction of only the second floor, not the first. The terrorists family turned to the court to prevent the home demolition based on humanitarian grounds.
The family of Hallel lamented the High Courts ruling, adding Israels courts seem to serve the interests of the terrorists and not the victims.
