Egypt Air Removes Israel From Map

Egypt Air, the largest airline in Egypt, has removed Israel from the map – literally. On its website, Ynet has learned, Jordan’s land reaches the Mediterranean Sea.

The airline’s subsidiary, Air Sinai, flies to Israel regularly, but customers seeking flights to Ben Gurion National Airport will have a hard time finding them. On the map are the names of the Mideast capitals – Amman, Beirut, and Damascus – but Israel is nowhere to be found.

Egypt Air is the first large airline to have omitted the state from its map of destinations. Other airlines based in Muslim countries, such as Turkish Airlines and Royal Jordanian, include Israel and Tel Aviv on its maps.

  1. So Israel should have the testosterone to tell them, “No tiki no washy!”

If you cant have Israel on your map, then we don’t have to give you landing rights here. Come back when you mature a bit.

  2. 1. You had to get that moronic GOP line in? Too bad when it came to Egypt, Present Obama BLEW it by as usual sitting on the fence. I don’t know what the best decision would have been but for goodness sakes, DECIDE SOMETHING!!!

The 2012 election followed by his disgraceful exit of the White House cannot come soon enough!!!

  3. please check the website again.
while there is no ‘Israel’, Amman is properly placed back in Jordan and Israel is a vague unlabled territory.

  4. Mr Levin. I find your comments(nivel peh) undeserving of being on Yeshiva World. You could of gotten your point across without the vulgarity.

  5. #6 is correct. There is a little blob that is Israel. Egyptair doesn’t fly to Israel therefore they don’t list a city.

  6. Mark levin Mccain and Boehner fully supported Obama’s policies in Egypt they deserve blame as well. I am not a GOP cheerleader.

  7. 9 They did NOT support his complete wishy washy cant make up his mind on the matter!! He cannot make up his mind about ANYTHING other than being a socialist.

  8. “Mark levin Mccain and Boehner fully supported Obama’s policies in Egypt they deserve blame as well. I am not a GOP cheerleader.”

Not just McCain and Boehner — almost the entirety of both political parties. The US Senate voted support for the removal of Mubarak without a dissenting vote! There hasn’t been such a consensus in US foreign policy since the end of the Cold War. The only people in opposition were the Unbelievably Nutty Left and the Equally Nutty Right.

  9. Egypt Air apparently does not fly to Israel. It is not unusual for an airline to ignore countries it does not serve. El Al does have a direct flight from Ben Gurion Airport to Cairo.

  10. There is far more bi partisan support for israel in congress get your facts straight. Only nut jobs supported handing over Egypt to the Muslim brotherhood, which has already resulted in a massive deterioration of Security in the Sinai and gaza border with Egypt, Jewish casulaties have already been caused by the fools supporting “democracy” in Egypt.

Mark levin Obama flip flopped every day on Egypt but that does not excuse the GOP for their dereliction of duty.

You are a GOP cheerleader and Charlie is a democratic cheerleader, I actually analyze issues very intensively before forming an independent and intelligent decision, instead of just reading opinion pieces, which conform with my views. I never comment on issues I am not well versed in.
