5:00PM EST: (ALL UPDATES BELOW) Lakewood Hatzolah is currently on the scene of a major MVA on Monmouth Avenue near East County line Road. A School bus reportedly collided with a car, and flipped over, crushing a bicyclist underneath. Paramedics are in the process of treating the victims, and extrication is underway. The bus is reportedly empty, and the serious patients are the two occupants of the car, and the victim underneath the bus.

Two medevac’s have been requested to respond.

UPDATE 5:33PM EST: The victim that was trapped under the bus has been removed and is en-route to the landing zone. The car had two occupants (reportedly a chosson and kallah), who were both cut out of their car by heavy extrication equipment. The driver is stable and is complaining of neck and back pain, and the woman passenger is unconscious. She is en-route with Lakewood Hatzolah Paramedics to the landing zone as well.

They are both being flown to trauma centers.
