Vice President Biden will have lunch at the Harvard Club on 44th St. between Fifth and Sixth Aves. on Wednesday before heading to the Brooklyn Bridge area for a press event about 2:45p.m. at Dover and Water Sts. to tout the recovery act.

Afterward, he’ll attend an event at Cipriani on 42nd St. between Lexington and Park Aves. before heading back to Washington (most likely out of LaGuardia Airport). So avoid midtown – Fifth and Sixth Aves. at 44th St. from 11 a.m. to 2p.m. – the Manhattan side of the Brooklyn Bridge from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and the area around Grand Central Terminal from about 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
