Attempted Carjacking at the Entrance of Betar Illit


There were two attempted carjackings near the entrance to Betar Illit on Wednesday night, eve of 17 Sivan 5772.  Both a taxi driver and a female driving an SUV reported Arabs tried forcing them from their vehicles, Hatzalah Yosh reports. The Arabs compelled the drivers to slow down in the hope they would be able to get their vehicles. Baruch Hashem the attempts failed and the perpetrators were seen heading towards the nearby Arab village of Hussan.

A day earlier, there was an attempted carjacking near Herodian in the eastern area of Gush Etzion.

  1. one should beep their horn continuously to draw attention to the trouble at hand, this will frighten them away and hopefully draw attention to our soldiers who should shoot to kill these hoodlums!
