PHOTOS: Teva Employees Take To The Streets Against, Sunday Afternoon

(PHOTOS IN EXTENDED ARTICLE)

After their Sunday morning 29 Kislev protest, striking Teva Pharmaceutical employees took to the streets again Sunday afternoon, shortly before 3:00pm. They blocked the road to Har Chotzvim in the direction of Ramot, including burning tires.

The corporate directors of Teva announced they are planning to fire employees worldwide, including over 3,000 in Israel, leading to the strike. The Histadrut National Labor Federation launched a four-hour solidarity strike on Sunday morning.

  1. It’s funny that when these people block the streets, nobody is posting anything about the suffering these people are causing from all the delays. After all, it is justified because their livelihood is in danger. Only when Chardeim block the street is it not justified. Because they are scared for some weird made up thing they call ruchniyus.
