Israeli Michelin Chef Expands Chain Of Kosher Cheap Eateries

Restaurant Eight, or Reshet Shmona in Hebrew, was established by Moshik Roth, an Israeli chef with two Michelin stars. Roth told the media his goal was to create something tasty and meet the budget of families and working folks. He created the special menu and there are dishes with eggs and tomato, shakshuka, burgers, poultry, beef, Portobello mushrooms and more.

While he owns and operates a restaurant in Amsterdam, here, in Israel, Roth has defined his mission to permit more Israelis to eat out, leading to the creation of Restaurant Eight, offering a menu with nothing costing more than eight shekels, including the burgers.

Roth currently boasts twenty branches around Israel.
