Protest For Family Unification For Ethiopian Israelis

When was the last time you kissed your mother, or spoke with your brother or hugged your daughter? This is the banner of the poster advertising the Monday afternoon, 25 Adar protest opposite the Knesset by members and supporters of Israel Ethiopian Israeli community. The event is set for 4:00PM.

According to organizers, there are thousands of Israelis who are waiting for over a decade to be unified with first level family members, who are stuck in Ethiopia. This is the reason for the protest, as the organizers hope to bring their plight to the table of decision-makers in government.
