10:03AM IL: DEVELOPING STORY: EMS and rescue personnel are responding to a reported accident in which a minibus flipped over on the road near Kedar, south of Maale Adumim. According to preliminary reports, there are 15 persons with varying degrees of injuries.

United Hatzalah is reporting the accident involves a minivan, on an internal road connecting el-Azariya near the edge of the road to Old Kedar. At this stage, two victims are in serious condition, both unconscious. Four victims are in moderate condition and the remainder moderate-to-light and light. The road is closed at this time.

FINAL: The minibus has PA (Palestine Authority) license plates. MDA reports a 50-year-old male was pronounced dead on the scene. Nine men in their 30s are being treated. Three are moderate-to-serious and six light-to-moderate. The victims are being transported to Hadassah Mt. Scopus and Shaare Zedek Hospitals in Jerusalem.
