In the accompanying election poster referring to the upcoming municipal elections in Jerusalem, we see a poster against mayoral candidate Moshe Leon glued to a garbage receptacle.

The posted shows Degel Hatorah chairman MK Moshe Gafne, Shas chairman Minister Aryeh Deri and Yisrael Beitenu chairman Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman, all holding a puppet which they control, with the puppet being Leon.

The poster attempts to show voters that the three will control Leon, which is why they support his bid to become mayor, and anyone voting should be aware of this ahead of casting one’s ballot.
