The victim of the Har Gilo area stabbing attack, which occurred on Tuesday afternoon, explains that there is no doubt the attack was a nationalistically motivated act of terror.

The victim explains he entered the store to buy something to drink and when he left, the terrorist approached his vehicle and began slashing at his face as he tried to get into the car. “I fought him back a bit as he tried to kill me”.

He explains the terrorist then ran after him back to the store, but he locked the terrorist out and then called police and then his family, explaining to the latter that he was saved by a miracle and it was clearly a terror attack, not an argument between two persons or anything else. “He clearly tried to kill me, and I ran” he concludes.

The terrorist gave himself in to border police a few hours following the attack, and in the accompanying video we see border police taking him into custody.
