The Prime Minister’s wife, Mrs. Sarah Netanyahu, met with the Guatemalan Jewish community, together with a delegation from the Foreign Ministry and members of the Israeli Embassy in Guatemala.

Mrs. Netanyahu told members of the Jewish community at the event: “I came from Jerusalem, the eternal capital of the people of Israel and the State of Israel, and I thank you for the warm welcome. I am excited to be here – in a vibrant, loving, Zionist community. Thousands of miles separate Guatemala City from Jerusalem, but the proximity of the hearts bridges the vast geographical distance. We are one people, and we are one family. We all love you in Israel! ”
