Security Council Members to Meet to Discuss Iran

The permanent members of the United Nations Security Council and Germany are planning to convene this month to discuss the growing threat from Iran.

While the Security Council has imposed sanctions on Tehran, the uranium enrichment efforts continue in earnest, defying the international body.

The meeting will surround brainstorming towards persuading Iran to abandon its ongoing nuclear aspirations and comply with the United Nations demands.
