B’Chasdei Hashem, Yet Another Stabbing Attack Prevented In Hebron


Border Police officers arrested a young Palestinian on suspicion of planning a stabbing in the Ma’aras HaMachpelah in Hebron on Monday, March 18, 2019.

Earlier in the day, Border Police officers stationed at the security checkpoints near the holy site in Hebron noticed a Palestinian youth who had aroused their suspicion.

The combatants who saw the young man walking around saw signs of nervousness and pressure, which led them to examine him. Although the suspect tried to avoid the inspection, the soldiers acted determinedly and discovered the knife seen in the accompanying photo hidden in his pants.

The 20-year-old suspect was taken for questioning. B’chasdei Hashem, another attack was prevented with the vigilance of border policemen.

On Sunday, an Arab teen was apprehended when she brandished a knife at security forces.
