*Today, Monday, is day 90 of the virtual Gaza ceasefire.

*Today is Gilad Shalit’s 813th day in Hamas captivity.

*Arabs placed a stone roadblock in the Beit Fouriq area on the road to Elon Moreh and Itamar.

*325kg of potassium sulfate, used to make bombs, was confiscated by IDF soldiers at Tarkumiya Checkpoint in S. Chevron Hills area.

*One Sudanese national and two from the Ivory Coast were shot and wounded by Egyptian border police as they tried to cross into Israel illegally on Sunday.

*DM Ehud Barak has ordered Gaza crossings closed on Monday in response to Kassam rocket attack into Sderot.

*In a meeting with Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Moratinos, President Shimon Peres asked the visiting senior official to raise the issue of Gilad Shalit in the coming days during meetings with Syrian officials.

*Attorney General Mazuz has ordered an investigation into the New Profile organization which encourages youth to avoid IDF military service.

*Tzipi Livni fears a low voter turnout in this week’s Kadima elections could hurt her chances to assume the party leadership post.
