I dont understand the mentality. I guess it comes from feeling some sort of entitlement. It would be suprising to me if charedim in the US threw bottles and garbage and police. I dont think it was done. For us who grew up not religious, we did think that those in the black and white were of higher caliber — but alas — they just dress differently.
