In a powerful act of closure, IDF troops from the Nahal Brigade have dismantled the tunnel shaft from which Lt. Hadar Goldin was kidnapped by Hamas during Operation Protective Edge eleven years ago.
The operation took place just hours after Goldin’s remains were returned to Israel, and moments after his Levaya, symbolizing both justice and remembrance for the fallen hero who was abducted during a ceasefire in 2014.

why are you sorry?! destroying a tunnel is always a good thing, and a blow to the terrorists’ morale. or are you unhappy that it happened while netanyahu was in charge? would you be less unhappy if this “political stunt” had happened under a different prime minister?
