Military Police officers arrived early Monday morning at the home of an avreich in the city of Be’er Sheva and arrested him for draft dodging.

Following his arrest, he was transferred to a military prison.

Attorney Shlomo Haddad is representing the avreich on behalf of the Notnim Gav organization.

“The family is also receiving assistance and support from the organization,” a statement said.
