While Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat ordered the distribution of eviction orders for Beit Yehonatan in the city�s Shiloach area on Monday, the orders were not handed out as planned.

It appears police officials explained such a move demands a police presence and since the planned move was not coordinated with police in advance, the department was not capable of meeting the request.
