TEHILLIM: A 12-year-old girl from the Chabad kehilla in Tzfas was seriously injured on Thursday morning after falling off her bunk bed when a rocket alert siren sounded in the city at 6:13 a.m.

In her rush to reach shelter, she lost her balance, fell, and suffered head and upper-body injuries, causing her to lose consciousness. She is now hospitalized in Ziv Medical Center, sedated and ventilated.
