A third division is being added to the ground maneuver in southern Lebanon. Division 162 including the Givati and Nahal brigades is joining Divisions 91 and 36 after two years of fighting in Gaza. The IDF says the goal is to expand the security zone and add another layer of protection for residents of northern Israel.
