Nearly a week after Election Day, Decision Desk HQ has projected Los Angeles City Councilmember Nithya Raman to advance to the November mayoral runoff after overtaking Spencer Pratt as mail-in ballots continued to be counted.

Raman is now set to face incumbent Mayor Karen Bass in November, while Pratt falls short after the continuing count of mail-in ballots reshaped the race.
