A Monsey Hatzolah Ambulance transporting a seriously ill patient  to Westchester Medical Center got stuck in the blizzard on Tuesday. Kudos to Zrilly Berger – a private citizen – for pulling the ambulance from the snow. Watch how he cuts the rope with a scissors after he finished pulling the ambulance out, after the rope got stuck under the ambulance.
