[VIDEO IN EXTENDED ARTICLE] As Pesach gets closer each day, the Matzah bakeries step up their pace of producing Matzah. Grocery shelves are being stocked with hand Matzah, and people are starting to purchase their 8 day supply. Every family says that “their Matzah” is the best. Some claim that the company they use in their home is the thinnest, thickest, or tastes the best.
The following 3 minute video was taken inside the Charedim Matzoh Bakery in Boro Park, on New Utrecht Avenue.
