Thousands of Women Expected to Attend Major Gatherings

irgun.pngThree crucial events of paramount importance to the Jewish community will be held in Brooklyn, Monsey, and Lakewood. These gatherings for married women, sponsored by Irgun Shiurai Torah, are expected to draw unprecedented crowds of thousands from local and outlying communities.

In Brooklyn, the three part lecture will be held at Ateres Chynka on Sunday February 1st at 8:00 PM and Motzei Shabbos, February 7th, at 8:30 PM. The third lecture date will be announced. The lectures, by Rebetzin Esther Halberstadt, will include the issues of relevance to the Jewish woman on Jewish marriage, the Jewish home, the Jewish family, and sholom bayis. They will include both halacha and hashkafa and will include a Shalom Bayis Symposium with many prominent guest speakers.

In Monsey, the lectures will be held at the Atrium Plaza on Monday February 2nd, Sunday February 8th, and Monday February 16th, all at 8:00 PM. Rebetzin Esther Gittel Krishevsky will address the same issues as in Brooklyn. A Sholom Bayis Symposium will be included as well.

In Lakewood, the lectures will be held at Orchos Chaim Hall on Tuesday January 27th, Tuesday, February 3rd, and Tuesday February 10th, all at 8:30 PM. Mrs. Cirel Septimus will be giving the lectures and a special Q & A session on Shalom Bayis will be included.  (Questions can be faxed to 718-633-8362).

These world renowned speakers have been captivating listeners and teaching women for many years. They serve as venerable mentors to thousands of married women. Their insight, wisdom, clarity, and wit have endeared them to all. Among the topics to be explored are the beauty of the Jewish woman’s role, maintaining the harmony of the home, making the most of marriage, and preserving the sanctity of the Jewish home.

Women all across these communities are already gearing up and arranging their schedules in order to attend. Family, friends, and neighbors are joining forces to descend upon these three venues en masse. Calls are pouring in to Irgun Shiurai Torah’s headquarters from surrounding communities inquiring about transportation. It’s clear that women all over are making a concerted and unanimous effort to attend.

Several years ago, similar gatherings were held and the community is still reeling from its powerful effects. The chizuk and inspiration that was offered then still affects the sholom bayis and happiness of many families. This year, Irgun Shiurai Torah expects that the influence of the lectures will once again serve to enhance the lives of thousands for many years to come.

Due to the tremendous response that is expected, Irgun askonim advise the community to arrive to these lectures punctually. This will ensure proper seating. An eighteen dollar donation entitles you to attend one, two, or all three lectures. All participants will receive a free gift.

The lectures are appropriate for married women of all segments of the community, and the outpouring of women who will attend will represent a varied spectrum from all walks of Jewish life. Mi Keamcho Yisroel. The sense of unity and achdus will prove to be overwhelming as women from Chassidish, Litvish, Yeshivish, and every other background mingle and join forces in an effort to enhance the kedusha and tahara of their homes.

These lectures will be very meaningful to all women, especially those who have never attended a refresher course or sholom bayis lecture since their weddings, as well as those who could use a dose of chizuk in today’s environment. They will discover that there is a vast amount of insight and guidance that can be culled from these speeches. Their attendance at this forum will make a difference in their lives that will last forever.

Irgun Shiurai Torah spokesmen emphasize that all three lectures are vital and each one will touch on a myriad of engaging and captivating topics which are too numerous to mention here. For the most beneficial and comprehensive advantage, it is crucial to be present on all three nights.

The lectures are enthusiastically endorsed by Gedolei Yisroel and are being offered as a zechus for klal yisroel. They will serve to create a major kiddush Hashem and will be a source of tremendous chizuk to all women as well as to their husbands and children.

Historic occasions such as these do not happen every day. And those who have not yet marked these dates on their calendars should do so without delay. Irgun Shiurai Torah urges all women to spread the word. May these major events be a special zechus for all of klal yisroel. For more information call Irgun Shiurai Torah at 718-853-3950.

It’s the WOMEN who can MAKE IT OR BREAK IT!

I sent my wife to the shiur last night and she came back with a different attitude, (It felt like when we first got married. Calm & Relaxed)

These shiurim are great, they make the woman feel good about themselves. You can clearly tell the positive affects it has on them which not only reflect on them but on the entire home.

Yes we men need “some” chizuk too, BUT….. 🙂
