According to multiple reports, a Lakewood Police officer allegedly delayed a Hatzolah member from treating a patient at the scene of a pedestrian struck on 7th Street and Clifton Avenue, and then issued him a ticket for failing to follow his orders.

The member arrived on the scene, and before he could treat the patient, he was ordered to move his vehicle. As he was ready to leave the scene, he was handed a ticket by a Lakewood Police Officer.
