Tehillim Needed For Vizhnitzer Rebbe Shlita of Bnei Brak

Please be Mispallel for the Vizhnitzer Rebbe Shlita of Bnei Brak, who has been hospitalized in Tel Hashomer Hospital for the past four days. Originally the Rebbe was hospitalized to treat a high fever, but after conducting numerous tests doctors determined that he was suffering from an infection. As of the latest report just before Shabbos, the 94-year-old Rebbe is in serious but stable condition.

All his children are spending Shabbos in the hospital with the Rebbe, which include his sons Rav Yisroel, Rav Mendel, and daughters who are married to Rav Menachem Ernster (Rosh Yeshiva of the Vizhnitzer Yeshiva in Bnei Brak), the Satmar Rebbe from Kiryas Yoel, the Skver Rebbe, and the Belzer Rebbe.

Rav Yisroel Hager has been leading the Bnei Brak Chassidus since the Rebbe became unwell in recent years, while his son Rav Mendel Hager was appointed at the Av Beis Din of the Chassidus.

The Rebbe was previously hospitalized in June of 2006, as was reported by YWN at the time.

Please be Mispallel for Moshe Yehoshua ben Margulios.

(Chaim Braun – YWN)
