The state Health Department has lifted the boil-water order it imposed on June 23 for residents of the Cold Spring Water District in the Town of Thompson.The agency said�testing on June 25 and 26 indicted the water supply �to be of a satisfactory bacteriological quality at the time of the sampling.�
