Shas party leader Minister Aryeh Deri is likely to soon be questioned by police of the 433 Unit �under warning�, with the latter indicating that an indictment in the case is likely. An investigation has been ongoing for about a year, during which time members of Deri�s family were questioned. There has been a gag order on the case to date.

Questioning of Deri will likely address a number of matters and also involve Tax Authority agents, who were a part of the undercover investigation. It appears he received large sums of money, which he failed to report to tax authorities.
