A terrorist was neutralized by soldiers at about 11:00AM Monday morning 29 Adar as he tried to perpetrate a stabbing attack at Bahad 3 Junction in Shomron in the direction of Chawarah, which is south of Shechem.

B’chasdei Hashem the soldiers reacted in time, neutralizing the attacker before he could harm any of the intended victims.
