Sarona Market Terrorists Sentenced To Four Life Terms


The Tel Aviv District Court on Wednesday 11 Kislev sentenced the terrorists responsible for the Sarona Market Complex shooting attack in Tel Aviv, which claimed four lives.

The three terrorists were convicted in October. Two of the defendants are cousins; Mohammed and Khalid Muhamra. They were found guilty of four counts of murder and 41 counts of attempted murder for the shooting spree. The fourth suspect, who drove them, Ayash Mousa Zayn, was found guilty of conspiracy. All of the terrorists involved are residents of the PA (Palestinian Authority) village of Yata. The three guilty of murder were each sentenced to life in prison plus sixty years.

The bereaved families will each receive NIS 258,000 in compensation and the four seriously wounded victims NIS 200,000 each. Numerous people were lightly wounded, and each will receive NIS 20,000.

Killed in the attack were:

  • Ben-Ari HY”D, 42, from Ramat Gan
  • Ilana Naveh HY”D, 39, from Tel Aviv
  • Michael Feige HY”D, 58, from (Midreshet S’dei Boker)
  • Mila Mishayev HY”D, 32, from Rishon L’tzion
