Sifrei Torah were Boruch Hashem saved after a local Shul caught fire, Sunday evening.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue arrived on the scene at the Magen David Congregation of Surfside (Rabbi Gavriel Koskas) on 93rd Street and Harding Avenue, around 7:00PM on Sunday evening. The flames were extinguished, and Boruch Hashem no injuries were reported, and no Sifrei Torah were damaged. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Miami Hatzalah Volunteers were on the scene as well.
