Shots rang out from Syria into the Golan Heights on Sunday morning, 2 Rosh Chodesh Tammuz 5774.
The gunfire was directed at firemen responding to a call in the area. B’chasdei Hashem there were no fatalities or injuries.
Recently an Israeli Arab teen was killed and his father injured along with others in a cross-border mortar attack from Syria into the Golan Heights. The IAF retaliated by striking targets in Syria.
