Litzman Praised by PM Netanyahu And Moshe Kahlon

litzmanPrime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Kulanu party leader Moshe Kahlon have decided to praise MK (Yahadut Hatorah) Moshe Litzman, who they label him a “diligent and honest parliamentarian”.

With elections a week away, heads of parties taking part in a Channel 2 election event were asked to compliment a lawmaker from another party, selecting anyone they wish.

PM Netanyahu decided to tap Litzman, praising him for his accomplishments, calling him a unique individual. Kulanu leader Moshe Kahlon joined in, stating despite the ideological divide between them he feels Litzman is “honest and straightforward”. They both applauded his accomplishments as minister of health in the 18th Knesset.

Yesh Atid leader Yair Lapid opted to praise a chareidi lawmaker too, selecting Yitzchak Cohen of Shas, calling him a true leader. Labor party leader Yitzchak Herzog selected Kahlon, and Bayit Yehudi leader Naftali Bennett selected Meretz head Zahava Gal-On, who he feels is not embarrassed to call herself a “leftist” while many others fear doing so.

  1. In one week all hatred stop and they have to work together to form a coalition. That’s how a parliamentary system with proportional representation works. It is quite appropriate to have Purim fall as part of an election campaign.
