MK Litzman’s Grandson Sees Miraculous Recovery From Stroke – Four Days After His Wedding


litzmanYaakov Shapira is a grandson of former Deputy Health Minister, Yahadut Hatorah MK Yaakov Litzman. Four days following his chasenah he suffered a major stroke. He was transported to Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer and was unconscious upon his arrival.

Litzman told associates that he drove his grandson to Sheba and within a short time his condition significantly deteriorated. The incident occurred during ‘Shabbos Sheva Brachos’, which was held in Ashdod. The chosson collapsed before shachris, on his way to shul. His respirations were assisted upon his arrival in the hospital and his condition was quite serious.

B’chasdei Hashem, on Wednesday, 20 Adar, the young chosson was discharged from the hospital and his medical team is calling it “a medical miracle”.

“Our machshovos at the time were very difficult but B”H today, we see he is just fine” added Litzman.

It is reported the young man is being released without and neurological deficits whatsoever. Baruch Rofeh Cholim.

  1. B”H he’s fine and B”H it was NOT “a major stroke” — as ” being released without any neurological deficits whatsoever” and “having had “a major stroke” are tartrei d’sasrei (two contradictions).
