An Orthodox Jewish man was bike riding along the River Lea when he lost control of his bike and ended up in the water, Sunday afternoon.
A total stranger was biking along and witnessed the incident. Dave Ellis risked his own life to save another human being.
The victim lost some valuables in the fall, but thankfully he is alive – thanks to Dave Ellis.
