Slichos will be recited at the Kosel on Thursday night the eve of 5 Tishrei beginning at 00:45. The slichos are in memory of Rishon L’Tzion Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu ZT”L and Chief Rabbi Avraham Kahana Shapira ZT”L.
