10:14: A northern district spokesman for Israel Police reports on Sunday morning 12 Cheshvan that a man was overheard saying he wishes to become a Shahid. The citizen who overheard him phoned police and the bus he boarded in Tiveria was stopped on Route 90 near Kibbutz Gesher.
The bus was intercepted by police at the entrance to Tiveria and the suspect was restrained.
The suspected terrorist was taken off the bus and he was found to be concealing a knife in a tool box. When they frisked him they found a yarmulke in a pocket. .
In another incident, an Arab was found with a knife in a tool box during an inspection at Tapuach Junction earlier Sunday morning. The suspect is in custody and B”H there were no injuries.
