Hebron residents on Thursday, 21 Kislev, took part in a memorial for former neighbors and victims of Arab terror, Mr. Mordechai Lapid HY”D and his son Shalom, 19, HY”D.

The memorial was held in an area now occupied by the PA (Palestinian Authority), handed over to the PA by Israel. The event was held under a heavy IDF presence.

The two were murdered Hamas terrorists on December 6, 1993 in Hebron, where the family lived.
