The NYPD hope new surveillance video will lead them to a serial arsonist in the Forest Hills section of Queens.

Investigators want to find the man seen in the attached video.

The video was taken on 69th Road near 112th Street and the Grand Central Parkway shortly after midnight Sunday. A few minutes after the clip was shot, a fire was set at a vacant building nearby.

Sunday’s fire is the seventh in a pattern that dates back to October 20.

Police say the arsonist is not only targeting new homes that are under construction, but the local Jewish community as well.

“I do have hate crimes task force here this meeting. They are looking at the case. Right now, we see those elements arise, they will take control of the case within the detective bureau,” said Chief Robert Boyce of the NYPD. “Right now, I have the arson explosion squad supplemented by the major case squad.”

No one has been hurt in any of the fires.

A reward of more than $60,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest.
