Two people were killed R”L and others wounded when a terrorist opened fire at a pub on Tel Aviv’s Dizengoff Street on erev Shabbos 20 Teves.

As is often the case, and especially so in Tel Aviv, thousands of people are visiting the site of the attack to light a candle and simply ‘identify’ with the victims.

Realizing people arriving at the scene might be a bit more willing to put on tefilin, Chabad shluchim have set up at the attack site and B”H, instead of just lighting a candle and ‘identifying’, many of the men visiting the area are fulfilling the mitzvah of tefilin too.
