A Personal Request from a Widow, Addressed to Klal Yisroel (Yes, You Specifically!)

IMG_2400[COMMUNICATED CONTENT]

Rabbi Yisroel Landsman zt”l (originally from Ner Yisroel, Far Rockaway, and Monsey, and eventually Yerushalayim), was a warm, loving, and caring father, Rebbi, and friend to all, who both exuded Ahavas Torah and Ahavas Yisrael.

He also opened up his house to over 5,000 guests, mainly yeshiva boys and seminary girls who were far away from their homes and who had nowhere to go for Shabbos.  Unfortunately, his daughter Nechama a”h, passed away after battling cancer for five years, and within one year, he too succumbed to his own battle with cancer, R”L. He has left a beautiful family consisting of his wife and 13 other children. His wife Chana, a selfless, hardworking Eishes Chayil, has been holding 3 jobs just to hold the house together by herself, but just a few weeks ago was in a horrific car accident where she broke 14 ribs, her sternum, and her arm!

Thankfully, 2 of daughters are engaged to get married (anyone who is in Jerusalem is invited, just contact us via the email address below). Mrs. Chana Landsman is languishing in pain and can barely move, and is definitely in no position to continue working for another 6-10 weeks! She has NO OTHER source of income!

Whoever helps this amazing family will have tremendous merits, as the Landsman family has been very involved with helping anyone in any way they could, it would be really beautiful if people with the ability could now help them in their time of need. Please consider donating.. All questions can be sent to the email link below. Finally, whoever would like the kallahs to daven on their behalf, please write on the donation page what you would like and it will be passed on to them.

Thank you so much for your consideration!

Donations can be made either through our Fundraiser page, https://www.youcaring.com/landsman-family-509785 , or via check, which can be made out to:

  1. The Landsman family has influenced thousands of people around the globe with their mesiras nefesh and kiddush shem shomayim. Rabbi Landsman was a huge tzaddik and oveid Hashem. Anyone who can help this family will have a huge zechus.

  2. Yes – the Landsmans are an extraordinary family and most definitely worthy of support.
Whoever’s managing the campaign, please up the goal because even though the initial goal of $30,000 was surpassed, they surely need way more, what with making two weddings plus no salary for a while.

#2 – I don’t know Chana’s address, but her eldest son, Shmuly, lives at Shadiker 9, Neve Yaakov, Yerushalayim. He will make sure to get it to the kallah/s.
